Croatia, 2011. April 10-18 2011. I spent a week walking in and around Dubrovnik, Croatia with Ramblers and also an evening in Paris.

Italy, 2011. April 28-May 13, 2011. Another adventure with Colleenk! We visit Le Marche, Ascoli Piceno and a few hill towns in Umbria.

France, 2011. Highlights of our week spent day tripping in the Lot Valley with Cahors as a base, during September 2011.

France, Spain, 2011. Three of us, (husband, wife, adult daughter) enjoyed eight days in the Costa del Sol, four days in Barcelona, followed by a week in Paris in October 2011. We had a great time. Read on.

Italy, 2011. When asked what I wanted for my 65th birthday, my answer was a trip back to Europe. After a discussion on the Italy forum, I decided to spend the entire month of October in Venice. I let my husband come along too and together we had an amazing time.

Spain, 2011. August 30 - October 4 Caplanco and "M" traveled the northern route through Spain from Galicia to Barcelona, ending with two nights in Madrid, enjoying some great food, art, sites and beaches along the way.

Estonia, Russia, Other Countries, 2011. August/September, 2011--We visited Poland and the Baltic Countries, ending in St.Petersburg. Bob's maternal side is Polish, paternal Lithuanian, and he had always wanted to see from whence he sprang (sprung?)

Spain, 2011. Kathy spends five weeks in February/March 2011 touring Spain with different friends, starting in Barcelona, then through Extremadura, on to Madrid followed by almost a week in Cordoba ending with a stay with family friends in the Madrid suburbs.

United Kingdom, 2011. Two weeks in September 2011, staying with friends for a week outside of London and touring the city and surrounding area, followed by a week touring about Northern Ireland and reconnecting with family.
